The body guy called me to come look at the lower corner's of the rear window corner.  It looks like this on both the passenger and driver's side. We're going to definitely do some sheetmetal repairs here. 

Even with this, the shop still thinks they can make the August 3rd deadline.  I sure hope so!

The costs are creeping up, but still within our budget.  The shop is supposed to call me with pricing on a new driver's door on Monday. 

They're also going to price it out just re-skinning the door.  Then I can decide which way to go. I think I've already pretty much decided that replacing the entire door is probably going to be the best approach.
